About Joseph E. Hines, Ph.D.

Joseph E. Hines, Ph.D. is the President and CEO of Success Business Inc. (SBI), a human capital consulting firm with expertise in organizational development, training, and coaching. SBI specializes in helping clients create extraordinary, measurable success in leadership, management, integrity, diversity, program evaluation, strategic and tactical planning, and life coaching. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Dr. Hines earned a Master of Science in business from the Naval Post Graduate School and a doctorate in business administration from California Pacific University. Dr. Hines’ doctoral leadership concentration included The Leadership Challenge Model in his dissertation. Additionally, Dr. Hines attended the Australian Navy War College in Sydney, Australia. Dr. Hines is a Kouzes and Posner Leadership Challenge Certified Master Facilitator, Global Training Partner, and Certified Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI) Coach. He is a graduate of the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program and maintains a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) and International Coaching Federation Certification. Dr. Hines is a renowned leadership thought leader and inspirational expert facilitator with more than 30 years of experience in leading and guiding men and women in the military globally, public and private sectors, and non-profit and faith-based organizations.
